The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the press.

The press of continuous action for the production and cladding of multilayer chipboard boards from prefabricated raw materials, in particular, mixed with at least one binder containing lignocellulosic or cellulose particles, for example wood particles, wood fibers, contains lower 1 and upper 2 endless tapes, counter supports 3, sliding floor 4 with grooves 5, in which each of the tapes I and 2 slides using liquid supplied under pressure and, if necessary, heated or cooled, sludge substance pipelines 6 for supplying lubricant, connected to supply ports 7, made in sliding floor 4, and pipelines 8 for discharging lubricant connected to outlet holes 9, made in sliding floor 4, and pipelines 10 flow.
The outlets 9 have pressure regulators 11.
The grooves 5 are filled with different sizes.
Hole 7 or 9 in each groove 5 is placed at its end 12.
The supply 7 and outlet 9 of the adjacent grooves 5 are located at opposite ends 12, and the supply opening 7 is provided with a pressure regulator 11 in the valve 13.
Sliding floor 4 is made of individual sections 14 with grooves 5 of polytetrafluoroethylene.
Each groove 5 is complete with a metal plate 16 located at its bottom 15, fixed with a counter support 3 by locking screws 17.
Metal plates 16 are made with threaded holes 18. One of the fixing screws 17 in each groove 5 is made with an axial recess 19 or in the form of a nozzle or sat down.
The grooves .5 are made with rectangular or semicircular sections.
In addition, the bottom 1 and top 2 endless ribbons are divided into a pre-pressing zone 20, a main pressing zone 21 and a calibration zone 22, and have rotation rollers 23, gn1: equilibrium pump 24 and capacity 25 for lubricating fluid.
The press works as follows.
Turn the rollers 23, which move the lower 1 and upper 2 endless belts, and the hydraulic pump 24, which supplies lubricant fluid from tank 25 through pipelines 6 and inlet ports 7, which are made in sliding floor 4, while the lubricant flows to separate sections 14 of sliding flooring 4 in grooves 5, which, using the lower 1 and upper 2 endless belts, form a film of lubricant, which provides a low coefficient of friction, and, in addition, equalized distribution of heat or cold in the lubricant eschestve and, consequently, in the ob- rabatyuaemom material, which in turn enhances the reliability of the press work.
